Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until caramelized and cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice.
