Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until caramelized and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice.
