Ingredients:

  • 500g beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles or rice

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the beef, mix, and add beef broth.
  4. Stir in mustard and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and add sour cream. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
