Ingredients:
- 500g beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef, mix, and add beef broth.
- Stir in mustard and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Lower heat and add sour cream. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
