Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 200g fresh salmon or tuna
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook sushi rice, then mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool.
  2. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread rice evenly, leaving 1-inch at the top.
  3. Add fish, cucumber, and avocado. Roll tightly using the mat.
  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
