• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  10. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the shrimp is coated in the sauce.
  11. Stir in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Serve the shrimp and pineapple mixture over cooked rice or noodles.
