Instructions:

  4. Sift in flour and baking powder, folding gently.
  5. Pour half the batter into the ramekins, place a piece of white chocolate in the center, and cover with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  7. Let cool for a minute, then carefully invert onto a plate.
  8. Garnish with powdered sugar, fresh berries, and mint. Serve warm!
