Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 3-4 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 oz brie or mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese, blueberries, and basil. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  5. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm!
