Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 3-4 fresh basil leaves
- 3 oz brie or mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese, blueberries, and basil. Drizzle with honey.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm!
