Ingredients:
- 1 pack gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6–8 fresh sage leaves
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil gnocchi until they float. Drain.
- In a pan, melt butter until it browns (you’ll smell nuttiness).
- Toss in sage, let it crisp slightly.
- Add gnocchi to pan, coat in butter. Add lemon zest. Serve with Parmesan.
