Ingredients:

  • 1 pack gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6–8 fresh sage leaves
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil gnocchi until they float. Drain.
  2. In a pan, melt butter until it browns (you’ll smell nuttiness).
  3. Toss in sage, let it crisp slightly.
  4. Add gnocchi to pan, coat in butter. Add lemon zest. Serve with Parmesan.
