Ingredients:
- 1 head green or red cabbage (cut into thick “steaks”)
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
- For chimichurri: chopped parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, chili flakes
Instructions:
- Brush cabbage slices with oil, salt, pepper. Grill or roast until charred.
- Blend or mix chimichurri ingredients.
- Drizzle over cabbage. Serve hot or warm.
