Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Optional: thyme or rosemary
  • Crusty bread, for spreading

Instructions:

  1. Peel garlic cloves. Simmer in olive oil (low heat) with herbs ~30 mins until soft.
  2. Store in a jar with oil. Spread on toast, mix into pasta, etc.

Pros:
✅ Makes you feel fancy for basically no work
✅ Huge flavor for toast, veggies, sauces
✅ Keeps in the fridge for days

Cons:
❌ Long cook time (passive, but still)
❌ You may never go back to regular garlic
