Ingredients:
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- Optional: thyme or rosemary
- Crusty bread, for spreading
Instructions:
- Peel garlic cloves. Simmer in olive oil (low heat) with herbs ~30 mins until soft.
- Store in a jar with oil. Spread on toast, mix into pasta, etc.
Pros:

Cons:
❌ Long cook time (passive, but still)
❌ You may never go back to regular garlic
