Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Oil for frying
- Optional: dashi (for traditional flavor)
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and soy sauce (add dashi if using).
- In a lightly oiled pan, pour a thin layer. When almost set, roll to one side.
- Add more egg, lift roll so the new egg runs underneath. Roll again. Repeat.
- Slice and serve!
