Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced beef (or mushrooms for a veg version)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Corn tortillas
  • Slaw: cabbage, carrot, lime juice
  • Optional: gochujang mayo drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Marinate beef in soy, sugar, sesame oil, garlic (20–30 mins).
  2. Sear beef quickly on high heat.
  3. Warm tortillas. Fill with meat, slaw, drizzle sauce. Eat!
