Ingredients:

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (or chives)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Crushed crackers + butter (for the base)
  • Sliced smoked salmon (for topping)
  • Lemon zest (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix crushed crackers with butter and press into a mini pan.
  2. Blend cheeses, egg, herbs, salt & pepper. Pour on crust.
  3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for ~30 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours, top with salmon and lemon zest.

Pros: ✅ Super unique for parties
✅ Make-ahead friendly
✅ Beautiful presentation

Cons: ❌ Not everyone expects savory cheesecake
❌ Needs chilling time — not last-minute friendly
