Ingredients:
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g goat cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or chives)
- Salt & pepper
- Crushed crackers + butter (for the base)
- Sliced smoked salmon (for topping)
- Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix crushed crackers with butter and press into a mini pan.
- Blend cheeses, egg, herbs, salt & pepper. Pour on crust.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for ~30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, top with salmon and lemon zest.
