Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a lined pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 mins.
  3. Let cool before cutting. Fudgy and rich!
