Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a lined pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 mins.
