- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into small florets

- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta (or vegan feta)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Cook bulgur according to package instructions; cool it down.
- Char broccoli in a hot pan or under a broiler until slightly crispy.
- Mix everything together: bulgur, broccoli, herbs, feta, lemon juice, black garlic paste, olive oil.
- Chill slightly or serve warm.
