  • 6-8 ladyfingers (or sponge cake chunks)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (chilled)

  1. Whip mascarpone, cream, sugar, and matcha until fluffy.
  2. Dip ladyfingers in green tea and layer in jars.
  3. Alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers and matcha cream.
  4. Dust top with matcha powder and chill for at least 2 hours.
