Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone (or vegan cream cheese alternative)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 6-8 ladyfingers (or sponge cake chunks)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (chilled)

- Whip mascarpone, cream, sugar, and matcha until fluffy.
- Dip ladyfingers in green tea and layer in jars.
- Alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers and matcha cream.
- Dust top with matcha powder and chill for at least 2 hours.
