Ingredients:
- Dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp turmeric

- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Coconut curry sauce (coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger)
Instructions:
- Mix sweet potato, turmeric, cumin, salt, and cilantro.
- Fill wrappers with the mix and seal.
- Steam or pan-fry the dumplings.
- Simmer curry sauce and pour over the dumplings.
