Ingredients:

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Coconut curry sauce (coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger)

Instructions:

  1. Mix sweet potato, turmeric, cumin, salt, and cilantro.
  2. Fill wrappers with the mix and seal.
  3. Steam or pan-fry the dumplings.
  4. Simmer curry sauce and pour over the dumplings.
