Ingredients (Makes 4 wedges):

  • Chicken breast: 200g, sliced
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Tandoori masala: 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste: 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste: 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Flour tortillas: 2 large
  • Red onion: 1 small, sliced
  • Cilantro: handful, chopped
  • Butter or ghee: 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, tandoori masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and salt for 30 min.
  2. Sauté the marinated chicken in a pan until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Butter one side of each tortilla.
  4. On the unbuttered side, add cheese, chicken, onion, and cilantro. Top with the second tortilla, buttered side out.
  5. Grill on a skillet until golden and crispy, then flip and repeat.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve with mint chutney or sour cream.
