Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup chopped kimchi (squeeze out liquid)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp honey

  1. Butter the bread. Layer cheese and kimchi between slices.
