Ingredients:

  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mash roasted garlic into a paste.
  2. Heat cream, milk, and sugar. Temper in yolks to make custard.
  3. Stir in garlic, chill, and churn in an ice cream maker.
