- Pickled carrot & daikon – 1/4 cup
- Cucumber slices – 4–5
- Jalapeño – sliced, to taste
- Fresh cilantro – a handful
- Mayo + Sriracha – for sauce

- Warm croissant until lightly crisp.
- Spread spicy mayo on both sides.
- Layer pork/tofu, pickles, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Press lightly and serve warm.
