Ingredients:

  • Pork belly or tofu – 100g, grilled or roasted
  • Pickled carrot & daikon – 1/4 cup
  • Cucumber slices – 4–5
  • Jalapeño – sliced, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro – a handful
  • Mayo + Sriracha – for sauce

  1. Warm croissant until lightly crisp.
  2. Spread spicy mayo on both sides.
  3. Layer pork/tofu, pickles, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  4. Press lightly and serve warm.
