Ingredients (Makes 4 wedges):
- Chicken breast: 200g, sliced
- Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Tandoori masala: 2 tsp
- Garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Ginger paste: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Flour tortillas: 2 large
- Red onion: 1 small, sliced
- Cilantro: handful, chopped
- Butter or ghee: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, tandoori masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and salt for 30 min.
- Sauté the marinated chicken in a pan until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Butter one side of each tortilla.
- On the unbuttered side, add cheese, chicken, onion, and cilantro. Top with the second tortilla, buttered side out.
- Grill on a skillet until golden and crispy, then flip and repeat.
- Slice into wedges and serve with mint chutney or sour cream.
