Ingredients (Makes 4 tostadas):
- Corn tortillas: 4
- Sushi-grade tuna or salmon: 200g, diced
- Avocado: 1, diced
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar: 1 tsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
- Sriracha mayo: 3 tbsp (store-bought or homemade)
- Scallions: 2, sliced
- Sesame seeds: 1 tsp
- Oil for frying or baking
Instructions:
- Fry or bake tortillas until crispy and golden.
- In a bowl, mix fish, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and scallions.
- Spread sriracha mayo on each tostada.
- Top with diced avocado and marinated fish.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with more scallions.
